Re: send email is sending multiple emails.

This is true.  however, one other common user error that results in
doubly-sent mails is navigation using their browser's "Back" button.  When
users fail to navigate using the NeoMail-supplied icons, and instead click
their back button (to get back to their inbox if their inbox list was
generated post-message-send), the browser oh-so-kindly will inform them that
to do so a form needs to be resubmitted.  Remember, the nibox listing was
generated by NeoMail after the user clicked "send" on the screen before.
The user, in typical user fashion, will blindly click "Yes" to get the
annoying dialog box to go away without thinking "Hey, what will happen if I
resubmit the form that generated the inbox list?".  Result?  Multiple
e-mails.

One workaround to this is to display a "message sent" screen that
auto-refreshes to call the last folder via a GET versus a POST.  A user
would then have to click back twice, and click yes to the dialog that would
appear on the page BEFORE the inbox listing.
