Neomail error

I looked through the FAQ's and part of the mailing list archives so direct 
me to the right place is this has been addressed before.

Trying to get NeoMail working on a RedHat system, sendmail and apache.  I 
can get it to respond with a screen but it says Neomail error.  Right below 
that it just says 'Default!'.  I don't see what else needs to be done.

My linux level of expertise where 10 is mastery is around a 4 or 5 so 
please reply appropriately.
