Neomail: Moving messages back to INBOX folder

Hi,

I am a NeoMail version 1.25 user (through my good old RaQ3).
In the past I moved some messages from my INBOX folder to my specially 
created RAQ folder. 
Now I want to move the the content of this folder back to the INBOX 
folder to be able to collect them with my POP based email client The 
Bat. 

Any idea how this can be done easily for a non Unix expert?
Lets see if any real experts are out here?!
