Emptying the Trash?

Hi, I've noticed that my neomail is not actually getting rid of the
trash.  I'm just accumulating a huge amount of stuff in my trash folder.
 Since I have about 40 people with email accounts on my server this is
going to be a huge problem shortly.  What should I be doing?
