In need of help

Hello.

I really need some advice with a major problem that's occurred with my Neomail system.

1/ No e mails are incoming as of today for ANY of the accounts I have set up on my web site. This is unusual as I usually am covered in Spam most mornings and have lots of serious enquiries. 

2/ The only incoming e mails from my web page 'contact page' I have, come in headed as Mail Delivery Subsystem  as UNDELIVERABLE MAIL ???? But the message generated from the enquirer, is pasted within the mail that opens? 

3/ On top of that. Today I cannot send or receive mail from ANY email account to any other Neomail e mail address. 

4/ I have opened up a new Yahoo temp account to get hold of you and this too wont be received by my web site Neomail system as a Test . 

5/ I am up to date with MacAfee Virus Check and have run it twice today. 

6/All other programmes are fine and I can access all saved e mails on each of the Neomail accounts without problem incl/ Address, sent etc..

7 /I cannot see anything unusual or changed in the Site admin defaults

8/ The return error message I get when I send myself an e mail to Neomail from another computer is:

<My web site e mail address >

: 216.98.134.73 does not like recipient. Remote host said: 550 5.7.1 <address >... Relaying denied. Please check your mail first. Giving up on 216.98.134.73.

Do I have a hacker here and can it be fixed?
