Couldn't open

Hi to everybody:

I have install neomail 1.27 on fedora core3 with sendmail 8.13.1 and 
all the stuff to run with it, but when i try to get in my user i 
receive the following error:

INVALID LOGIN 

Sorry, the password you entered was incorrect! Please go back and try 
again 

This error ocurs when my permissions on etc/shadow are -r-------- i 
mean 400

Ok when i change the permissions to -rwxr-xr-x 755

I receive the following error

NEOMAIL ERROR 

Couldn't open test-session-0.408847096915455!
 
What i´m making wrong, i mean i think permissions is not the problem i 
have checked and rechecked the instalation and no error apears please 
help me because my users need to read mail YETZT.
