Hello, Is Ernie, or any other Perl hacker alive & kicking on this list? We (still) have a problem with getting Neomail to work with Fedora Core 3+ and I wondered if any work has been done to find and fix the issue? It's the old issue of Neomail not letting you login - I think Ernie thought it was something to do with suid-perl. I'm not a Perl guru, but the tests I did indicated that the eval statement in neomail.pl that calls checklogin.pl always gets a negative result from checklogin.pl even though checklogin.pl is doing what it's supposed to do. >From googling this issue, it looks like no-one has found the answer yet, which is a bit suprising as it's been outstanding for so long now ;) If anyone has any ideas or wants to collaborate to get to the bottom of it, please let me know...
