I need Help

I try to install neomail and it was successfully installed and I also try to run the neomail.pl in my cgi-bin directory and their was no error at all. So I try to browse in my site and there is an error and this is the error;
Software error:
Can't locate neomail.conf in @INC (@INC contains: /usr/lib/perl5/5.00503/i386-linux /usr/lib/perl5/5.00503 /usr/lib/perl5/site_perl/5.005/i386-linux /usr/lib/perl5/site_perl/5.005 /var/neomail) at /home/httpd/cgi-bin/neomail.pl line 37.

Pls. help me to solve this problem.
