After upgrading to RH8 neomail wont work!

Hi!

I have run Neomail for a long time on RedHat 7.1 and Postfix, no
problem.
Today I upgraded RedHat to 8.0 and Neomail stopped working.
In the browser I get the error 500 and in error log I get what you
below.

Please help I love my Neomail.
