SV: After upgrading to RH8 neomail wont work!

I now have another problem!
Please help


Software error:
Can't locate neomail.conf in @INC (@INC contains:

The message says, what the problem is:
Can't do setuid

As i don't run redhat, i can't give you an advice, how
to fix that, however the setuid thing is your problem.
(Possibly an rpm for suid or suid-perl ?)
