Session timeout error message

I am not able to send, delete, or recieve any emails in my account.
every time I try and do it, i get an error message that says:
      SESSION TIMEOUT 

      Sorry, your session appears to have timed out! Please go back and login.

      it does this over and over again, and I'm missing some pretty important emails, how can I fix this????
