Double and triple mails

When I compose a new email or reply to one, the recipients mostly get 
my mail twice or sometimes 3 times. I only press the send button once 
so it cannot be caused my me during the sending process. This error 
occurs most frequently when the recipients are with HotMail or NeoMail.

Any idea what causes this? Or how to fix this bug? I am using NeoMail 
as it is provided by our iPowerWeb hosting service. Version 1.25
