permissions help

I have been cooking along just fine with my email. Then I stopped getting any. I remembered when this happened to me before, I had to go in and change my Permissions. They were all blank. I have done that now, have sent myself an email, received it, and now only have one question: Where the heck is all my email that I haven't been getting? I'm a seller on eBay and had 13 auctions end that I relisted, and I haven't gotten ANY of those emails. Can I get them now?????? I have not been able to communicate with anyone. I double-checked that all is well by now being able to access my NeoMail mail from the Control Panel. Can someone please help?
