Do this:
put this line into your sendmail.mc (all one line):
FEATURE(`dnsbl\', `relays.ordb.org\', `"550 Email rejected due to sending
server misconfiguration - see "\')dnl

and you can put a URL at the end, after '- see' which explains that you have
rejected their email because their address is on the ORDB database.

You should do this on the MTA side, consult the documentation
of your SMTP server.
