NEOMAIL ERROR Default!

Hello! I'm having difficulty accessing the Neomail interface after I set it up. If I just run the neomail.pl in the terminal window, it comes back with the HTML code to login, so it seems to work locally. HOWEVER! I attempt to use it via my Web browser, and it comes back with "NEOMAIL ERROR Default!" I've double and triple-checked the permissions, and cannot seem to find a reason for this to be happening! Help, Please!
