Breena responded to me in another email wondering why patch couldn't find a
file to work on.  That's because my patch is against neomail.pl instead of
neomail.template.

Here's the "new" patch that patches the correct file so it can be done
before ./setup.pl et al:
http://www.beeze.com/~jonathan/neomail.suid.patch

Download this file into your neomail source directory (where you ungzipped
and untarred the original files to) and run:
patch < neomail.suid.patch

Now start installing per the original directions...
