software error

Hi there!

Anyone encounter this kind of error. 

Software error:

Insecure dependency in open while running setgid at
/var/www/cgi-bin/neomail/neomail.pl line 2775.

For help, please send mail to the webmaster
(root@localhost), giving this error message and the
time and date of the error. 


When i try to create a mail using neomail then upon
sending the mail this error appear. 

Help pls.
