Thank you in advance, If you have configured Outlook Express to connect to your mailserver using "POP3", then it is actually moving the mail from your server into its own data files. Your email doesn't physically reside on your online mailbox. If you configure it to use "IMAP", then it will be more sociable and keep the mail on your server. You'll find that it will update the "Sent Items" and "Deleted Items" folders as well (which you may wish to reconfigure so it uses the same names that PINE does so you don't get extra folders). Of course, your server must support IMAP, as well as having Neomail configured for PINE compatibility.
