Importing NeoMail mail into Outlook Express or other mail proggie?

Hi,

  I have a problem that i'm hoping someone can help me with if not at
  least send me in the right direction.

  I recently cancelled my account with my host however my friend
  forgot to remove his e-mails before they cancelled and cleared the
  files from the account. I got a backup from them which has a lot of
  his e-mails. I was wondering if you could explain to me how I can
  export the neomail index.db file to my e-mail program such as
  Outlook Express or TheBat.

  How do I import the raw files to a e-mail program?
