Problem : "Can't locate lock file in ...."

Hello.

Help please. What can I do with neomail to make it work without root
privelegies?

My problem that I can't change owner to neomail files on the remote host,
where I can only change permissions (-rw-rw-- or 770 etc.)

I have two twins sites (one on my own computer {.uz zone} & another hosted
on fidelityhosting.com {.com zone})

On my own computer i can do whatever i want, but there I don't have
suficient privelegies.
