Unsolicited Email Access Denied by AOL

After setting up my mail account with neomail I attempted a test using my AOL 
account as my recipient.  Shortly after I received an email from the "Mailer 
Daemon" or Demon the way I prefer it.  Stating that AOL is currently blocking 
Unsolicited Email from the server.  I called AOL and they said I needed to 
contact the ISP owner/administrator to resolve this error.  So whatever I 
need to do HELP!!!  I am not an internet supreme reigning guru so I 
definitely need help.  Thanks
