Insecure dependency Error

Hi all Neomail users,
 
I recently install Neomail on my RedHat 8 box when I logged on; I got the
following error:
 
Content-type: text/html
 
Software error:
Insecure dependency in open while running setgid at
/var/www/cgi-bin/neomail.pl line 2775.

I tried to look for an answer in neomail user list and tried to download
file neomail.pl.gz @ // <http://bengtsson.net/neomail.pl.gz>
http://bengtsson.net/neomail.pl.gz but no success.  I also looked at
<http://www.geocrawler.com/archives/3/2023/2002/8/0/9422641/>
http://www.geocrawler.com/archives/3/2023/2002/8/0/9422641/ but It seems
those files no longer there.
 
Anybody can help me by pointing me to correct direction??  Your help is much
appreciated!
