Global Address Book

I am attempting to implement a global address book, but am not having 
much success.  I placed a file named addressbook.central in 
the /var/neomail directory as mentioned in the "Changes" document on 
the Neomail website.  The file is in ASCII with the format of:

DisplayName:EmailAddress

Any suggestions?
