Send problem

Users are presented with the following error when attempting to send mail
via Neo Mail v1.25. I am running FreeBSD 5.0-RELEASE-p7 and every other
aspect of NeoMail seems to operate ok. I'm not quite sure what to do about
this error though. Any suggestions and feedback would be most appreciated.
