Cant find neomail.conf - solution

I noticed some people posting about neomail not working with the error 
message that it can't locate neomail.conf in @INC

I had this issue after I ran up2date on my redhat system and it hammered 
some perl stuff for me without asking (go redhat!)

The solution is to re-install neomail. Just install it again, use the same 
settings, and it works fine.

In my personal case I did install perl-suidperl RPM again but I think that 
was unrelated. Simply re-installing neomail should fix your problem.
