RH8, Software error: Insecure dependency in open while running setuid at /var/www/cgi-bin/neomail.pl at 2775

Dear Gurus,

I am using neomail for last 2yr, few days back I have installed RH8 and 
cant have neomail working..

I checked the archive, one soln was given as to download neomail.pl from 
... but that link is dead...


please help urgently,

I have just downloaded version 2.5, but could not make it work, though the 
same version works ok with RH 7.3

DO I require a patch?
