Neomail and Apache not getting along

When I try to connect to neomail (suid-patched version) I get this error
from apache:

YOU HAVEN'T DISABLED SET-ID SCRIPTS IN THE KERNEL YET!
FIX YOUR KERNEL, PUT A C WRAPPER AROUND THIS SCRIPT, OR USE -u AND UNDUMP!

How do I deal with this?
