first installation

Dear Sir , I downloaded neomail .tar.gz file into my test linux red hat 9 workstation and executed the command : ./setup.pl and i got the follwoing error message : Checking for installation of Berkely DB or GNU DB capability... Looks OK. Checking for up-to-date CGI.pm... Can't locate CGI.pm in @INC (@INC contains: /usr/lib/perl5/5.8.0/i386-linux-thre ad-multi /usr/lib/perl5/5.8.0 /usr/lib/perl5/site_perl/5.8.0/i386-linux-thread-m ulti /usr/lib/perl5/site_perl/5.8.0 /usr/lib/perl5/site_perl /usr/lib/perl5/vend or_perl/5.8.0/i386-linux-thread-multi /usr/lib/perl5/vendor_perl/5.8.0 /usr/lib/ perl5/vendor_perl /usr/lib/perl5/5.8.0/i386-linux-thread-multi /usr/lib/perl5/5. 8.0 .) at ./setup.pl line 44. now what does this error mean ?? how can i solve it .. if i continue the installation manually , does it solve the problem ??
