We have a 10 computer network with the same email domain name @topekabiblechurch.org. when we send each other emails, they either never come, or come at least 4 days later. We just switched from a cable modem provider to a DSL connection. We had no problems before the switch - i could send an email to myself and get it in seconds. The DSL people say after doing all they could, that they can't rectify the problem. Any chance that it is a neomail problem?
