Well of course that could be done, but what benefit you would have ?
From the point of neomail this means, that your mailspool must be
"scanned" twice. For big INBOXes this is overhead.

I remember, that this topic already was "solved" - it was only a small
change
in the code to move back from other folders to the INBOX.

So you only need to enable the move in the dropdown menu as a target
folder.
