If you want off the list, there is a link at the bottom of every email 
sent from the list, with instrctions on how to change your subscription 
options. That includes, but is not limited to, unsubscribing from the list.

It is pointless to post unsubscribe requests to the list, as the rest of 
the list readers (that's us) can't do anything about your subscription - 
it just lets us know you're a moron.

Ahh. I feel better now.
