SUDO vs SUIDPERL

Hi! I'm new in the list. I'm using Neomail from two years ago under Slackware Linux. Due to Neomail, I have removed the Perl package and installed the Perl from the source because the Slackware package is not "suid enable". Days ago, I have download Perl 5.8.0 but the INSTALL file announce that suidperl will be eliminate in next releases. Somebody is running Neomail with SUDO instead SUIDPERL? How configure the SUDOERS file to run Neomail in a Perl without SUIDPERL?
