New Users

Hey list!

I'm quite new to Neomail and I've run into a problem and after hours of
searching on Google for an answer, I'm turning to the experts for help.

Neomail is running flawless, however I've added two new users to the box
that it is running on, but they can't login to Neomail.  Do I have to change
any config options?  Or running programs to grant access?
