Duh - knew I forgot something.

Sample files available upon request.  Shell logon and neomail account
cheerfully provided if you think it would help!

This is being a significant pain for my wife & step-daughters - if I
don't come up with an answer soon, I'm going to have start
investigating alternatives.  :-( And I LIKE Neomail!
