Neomail 1.26 "upgrade" / Debian

Good Morning everyone,

I have, what is probably a simple question, but figured I'd ask before 
upgrading. I've got(had) a working v1.25 install of Neomail and must of 
been in a fog when 1.26 was released last month.  I wanted to know if 
Neomail's setup is smart enough to just upgrade a current version, or 
will it just totally reinstall Neomail?

Secondly, I was poking around on Neomail.org and was just browsing 
through the screen shots, and noticed an old email where someone was 
wanting to add Neomail to the Debian Package list.  I take it this 
never happened, or sometime later it went away?  Is there a debian 
package floating around somewhere for Neomail?
