PL_dollarzero_mutex

I installed NeoMail on RedHat 8.  Installation went fine and there were no
errors.  When I try to browse to the neomail.pl file I 

get an apache web site.  The apache logs contain the following message:

[Tue Sep 23 12:54:57 2003] [error] [client 208.249.243.131] /usr/bin/perl:
relocation error: /usr/bin/perl: undefined symbol: PL_dollarzero_mutex

 

suidperl is installed.  Can anyone point me to know to correct this error?
