Help on Neomail 1.25!

Hi List! I've got RedHat 7.2 and the former system admin installed Neomail 1.25 as a mail client. I've got problems trying to create a new user account on redHat 7.2 (it doesn't create automatically its email account as it should be). My question is: How can I manage the Neomail ? Is there any graphic mode to do that? Or do I have to do that on console commands?
