This has absolutely nothing to do with NeoMail.

Do a whois lookup on their domain; they are required to have working 
contact info listed (and for gods sake, do NOT ask what a WHOIS is. Do a 
little research, which you obviously haven't done yet, or you wouldn't 
be asking this question in the first place).

In addition, maybe it's not a good idea to be using a hosting provider 
that doesn't answer email. Just a thought.
