Cannot Log In

I am running NeoMail v1.26 on RedHat 8 with Perl v5.8.0, and when I 1st 
installed NeoMail, everything ran fine.  Now all of a sudden,  I cannot log in 
at all with any accounts.  The Perl MD5 1.7-4 module is also installed.  I have 
not changed anything since I installed it and havent installed any updates.

INVALID LOGIN 

Sorry, the password you entered was incorrect! Please go back and try again.

All permissions are set properly:
