neomail send problem

hi everybody,

i have installed neomail 1.26 on a suse linux 7.2 machine, and everything 
seems to work fine, but when trying to send an email, the invoked form 
handler shows the usri-string url encoded (which of coarse leads to a 
server error) looking like this:

webmail.lustige-informatik.at/%2Fneomail.pl%3Fsessionid%3Dcbalogh-session-0.202697147456096%26amp%3Bsort%3Ddate%26amp%3Bfolder%3D%26amp%3Baction%3Dcomposemessage%26amp%3Bfirstmessage%3D1

since i dont use the standard directories it might have to do something 
with it. is there anybody, who encountered similar problems, perhaps with a 
solution at hand?
