That's where *a* wiki *can* come in. There is no official wiki for 
this effort. There will possibly be many folks using different tools 
to collect the requirements. I would be shocked if they came to a 
single answer.

And we haven't defined what mail is and isn't. That's part of the 
requirements effort.
