New International Requirements Possibly?

Found  this system requirement to be interesting:

o Canadian Internet service providers must be able to install spam filters.

See section 12.C in this new Canadian Anti-Spam Bill:

If passed, it will be required by Canadian Law

Here is the specific section as written:

Internet service providers

12 Every Internet service provider commits an offence who

(c) fails to install a spam filter that complies with standards set in the
by-laws of the Council;
