This is very similar to my idea of having mailable forms where some 
fields are automatically filled in.

I think something like this, either per-thread or per-recipient, could 
be incredible useful in any kind of machine2machine or human2machine 
interaction. And it could be part of a larger end-to-end option 
dissemination mechanism.
