Some basic questions and Voting Booth suggestion

I have a real dumb question:  What does MAIL-NG stand far?   Sorry, but I
never got it.

Voting booth.

Does it make sense to have a web site with a Voting Booth System where:

1) You can add your ideas,
2) You can vote on listed ideas

The goal is to get a model structure of what is deemed important across the
board.   Some people might not have additional input but can look at the
ideas already outlined and put some weight into the ideas they consider
important for the new system.

Of cause, you also vote now and "don't waste your waste time!" <g>
