As a follow-up to myself, it does NOT seem to autoflow paragraphs on
the pobox/fastmail iPhone app with format=flowed.  Sigh.  Nothing is easy.
Another option is to simply use quoted/printable and make a paragraph
as a single line, but AFAIK we don't actually display that wonderfully
ourselves.  I'm open to suggestions here!
