I have checked my mail archives and there was no such header
in all my incoing email (15+ years or so). 
The header itself looks quite similar to the "X-Spam-Status"
produced by the SpamAsassin software and likely serves
a similar purpose.

Maybe you can ask your email provider to stop doing this?

Having said that, "inc" should be robust enough not to
crash when such long headers are being received.
I think in the HTTP world they assume that 4k is
the longest header they can accept.
