My apologies.  I certainly  didn't mean  to minimize  your contribution.
Yes, better  error handling  would be great.  It's frustrating  when inc
aborts due to this reason because  it leaves all the messages in MyInTmp
and they  pile up  for the  next time  you run  inc, which  then creates
duplicates, each time.

At least  with your patch, inc  will issue a warning,  skip the message,
and deliver the rest successfully, right?
