Ken, is there some *unit testing* infrastructure that I've missed?

My trailing nul elimination patch breaks attachments, and I haven't been able
to debug this sufficiently, because recreating the inputs to the relevant
function has been difficult.

if there is no unit testing structure here, maybe a few people might want to
get together synchronously (JITSI, etc.) and brainstorm something.

I think that it is worth shaming here.
But, still, we need to deal with the problem, and aborting is not dealing.
