Hi, You could do it using a lookup module, but password is not passed to lookup module. See "LIBRARY FUNCTIONS" section in http://www.vergenet.net/linux/perdition/perditiondb.5.shtml You could easily modify perdition so that you can get the password in the lookup module. I have made it putting it in an environment variable (this way I can maintain little modifications in perdition). Tell me if you need help. Another way is to configure perdition to log passwords. See "--log_passwd" option in http://www.vergenet.net/linux/perdition/perdition.8.shtml net.net/linux/perdition/perditiondb.5.shtml []'s Gustavo Luiz Duarte On Jan 21, 2008 1:06 PM, Peter Hellman <[email protected]> wrote: > Hello everybody. > > I am planning to move some domains from one ISP to another. > Sadly I do not have access to the users passwords i clear text. > > So, can I use perdition to copy the mail from the old servers when the users > have a sucessful login to the new servers using the same password? > > Something like execute a perlscript with the password as a parameter if username > matches some key in a database.. > > Have a nice day > > //Peter Hellman > > ______________________________________________ > Perdition-users mailing list > [email protected] > http://lists.vergenet.net/listinfo/perdition-users > ______________________________________________ Perdition-users mailing list [email protected] http://lists.vergenet.net/listinfo/perdition-users
