That seems quite curious.

If you're not doing so already could you please try the packages at
http://download.opensuse.org/repositories/home:/horms/Fedora_11/ ?

If not, could you let me know what version of perdition, vanessa_socket,
vanessa_logger and vanessa_adt you are running and where you got them from.

Also, could you let me know what parameters that you are passing to
perdition so that I can try to track down the problem?
